Unshakable Kingdom & Unchanging Character
Attempting to prepare a lesson has led to a great late night worship session.
I find that American Methodism has the richest history of any congregation in the United States. I shall willingly plead ignorant, for I have not studied any other congregation throughly. From John Wesley to people like Asbury and Cartwright, the way that Methodism was spread is amazing. Even the “methodology” behind it all. My library has all of the Virginia Annual Conference minutes dating to the a conference held in Portsmouth on November 15-21, 1875. They are such an organized organization, and I am impressed.
From Peter Cartwright’s autobiography. He is by far my favorite Methodist.

The things I have accomplished today:
- Small group for my Wyldlife kids
- Small group that I am in called “Mighty Men.” It was named after David’s mighty men. I am in it with two of my best friends and my Younglife Area Director, Josh Shaw.

The awesome thing is, my area director is really tight with Josh Garrels. So, he has come and played shows for our area before. TIS all day err day.
